Funded by Mercedes-Benz and implemented by The Do School, the beVisioneers fellowship program aims to make a positive and lasting impact on the environment by identifying promising young innovators from around the world, irrespective of background, and providing them with the training, mentoring, expert support and funding to realize their local projects for sustainable action.

In the short term, beVisioneers aims to establish a viable 12-month intensive fellowship program, starting in 2023 with a cohort of 100 diverse, young innovators, 80 percent of whom succeed in launching their projects for sustainable action by the end of the intensive period. The three-year goal of the program is to ramp up to 1000 new fellows per year, with 80 percent of them launching projects with measurable environmental impact.

beVisioneers aims to provide all fellows with ongoing training in leadership, entrepreneurship and sustainability skills beyond the initial 12-month intensive period, supporting them to become ambassadors for environmental change in their respective regions. The long-term goal is to build an inclusive and effective global community of fellows, mentors and experts with the mindset, skills and relationships necessary to lead positive change around the planet. beVisioneers envisions an ever-growing community of fellows, mentors and experts collaborating at eye level to confront the pressing environmental challenges of our time.
